It enables employees to collaborate with team members, organize and prioritize. But right now, our process is still working beautifully as is manually moving tasks around. GQueues is a task management solution designed for Google Workspace users. This will expand the queue details to show the email. To find a queue’s email address, open the Queue Info Panel and click on Email tasks to this queue. This email address will stay the same even if you change the queue’s name later. I would love to see an automation feature that would allow us to mark a task complete, and move it to another folder automatically. You can send an email to this address from any email account and a task will be created in that queue.
Every day we're learning a new way we can implement this product to improve our work flow. Everyone can include notes and updates to keep everyone on the same page. We're able to quickly enter projects, assign tasks and maintain our schedule for a business that is constantly changing. Once we had that part implemented, it quickly became apparent how it would improve our work flow in other areas of our farm. We chose it as a solution to move our daily customer order schedule from a paper clipboard to online so that multiple people could access it, review and make changes if necessary. We're using GQueues on our small sod farm.
